In this class, we will paint this vintage 13" Mr. and 12" Mrs. Santa (Atlantic Mold) using acrylic painting techniques, including drybrushing and shading with pastels. Students will learn how to add depth and dimension using PanPastels, including contouring of the faces and bodies, adding fine lines and details and painting eyes.  

Students will paint along side the instructor and the class at the same pace.  Total instruction time will be roughly 6-8 hours, in an online classroom setting via  Zoom.  Students will be able to engage with each other, as well as the instructor in this group setting.

The bisque pieces are not included in the price of the course.  Each piece can be purchased from Elizabeth at Pour Girl Bisque It's and the cost is $45 each, clean fired and packaged to perfection. Shipping is additional and the link to purchase from her shop is here:

Students are responsible for purchasing/providing their own supplies. A complete supply list with pre-class instructions,  will be sent to each student 3-4 weeks prior to the first class.  "Homework" will be required in between classes. Students will take what they have learned in the 2-3 hour instruction and continue working on the completion of that phase in order to be ready for the next class the following week. 

A Zoom Login and Passcode will be sent to each student 24-48 hours prior to each week's session and a webcam is not required, although it is preferred.

This course is for paid students only and Zoom Login or Password information sharing is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved by Hope and Dimples Studio.  Anyone sharing information with non paying students will be banned from future classes.

All paid students have access to the instructor at any given time before, during or after the course to address any issues, concerns or problems they may run into.
